Our Post-Construction Clean-Up will ensure your space is not only visually clean but also free from hazardous dust and debris that can accumulate after a building project. Let us handle the heavy lifting so you can enjoy your new space without the mess.

1. Rough Cleaning

Rough cleaning is the first stage of the post-construction cleaning process. It focuses on removing the major debris and dirt left over from construction. This includes things like:

  • Dust and construction debris (wood, drywall scraps, nails, etc.)

  • Leftover building materials (paint cans, adhesives, etc.)

  • Trash and large debris

  • Removing heavy dust and dirt from walls, floors, and surfaces

This cleaning is done before any detailed work is done and makes the space ready for further cleaning.

2. Final Cleaning

The final cleaning is the more detailed step, done once the construction work is essentially completed. It ensures that the property is thoroughly clean and ready for use. This phase involves:

  • Detailed cleaning of floors, windows, walls, and countertops

  • Removal of fine dust that may have settled after the rough clean

  • Cleaning of all fixtures, light fixtures, switches, and appliances

  • Wiping down cabinets, baseboards, and all surfaces

  • Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors

Final cleaning is essential to make the space look pristine and livable. This is typically done once all construction is fully finished and the area is free from any tools or machinery.

3. Touch-Up Cleaning

Touch-up cleaning is the final step to address any last-minute imperfections. It ensures that any spots or stains that were missed during the final cleaning are taken care of. This step involves:

  • Spot cleaning windows, doors, and walls

  • Touching up areas that may have collected fingerprints, smudges, or construction residue

  • Cleaning areas missed during the final cleaning, especially if dust settled again after the final pass

  • Checking for any overlooked debris and ensuring everything is spotless

This is often a quick pass-through and can be done just before handover to the client or the final inspection. It's a final layer of polish to make sure everything is 100% clean.
